June 23, 2012
Noon to Midnight2012 will be the 12th Annual staging of the Summer Soulstice Music Festival. As in past years, this festival will feature a great line-up of bands and musicians performing original music. Music starts at 1:00pm and goes through 11:00pm. All kinds of delicious food will be served by local restaurants and vendors.
New this year will be a line-up of “family-friendly” entertainment on Murray Street between Noon and 6:00pm. The Milwaukee Wave and The Discovery World Lab will be anchoring the activities. Bernie Brewer and two of the Racing Sausages will make appearances. Kids and adults alike can learn how to make pottery…. and create one of their own on the spot if they want. There will also be a stage with rotating acts including magicians, musicians and jugglers. And of course, face painting and balloon art.
After 6:00pm, the bands kick up their pace, and you will hear the best music on the lake.
