Your support will assist the WGIRLS Milwaukee in meeting our fundraising goal of $25,000 to support Flashes of Hope in building a Pavilion in the Hematology, Oncology and Transfusion wing of Children’s Hospital. The Pavilion will be decorated with large portraits of those who have participated in Flashes of Hope and will ideally bring comfort and hope to the families who are entering the unit. Flashes of Hope is a nonprofit organization that changes the way children with cancer and other life threatening illnesses see themselves through the gift of photography and raises money for pediatric cancer research. The portraits, taken by award-winning photographers, help children feel better about their changing appearance by celebrating it. For families of terminally ill children, it's especially important to have a portrait that preserves forever the beauty, grace and dignity of their child.

*Can I attend this event if I am not single?
YES! This event is attended by many couples. Many non-single people attend for the entertainment of it all!
*Is there a dress code?
Guests are encouraged to dress up for an evening out. Most ladies wear cocktail dresses and men wear collared shirts.
*Is the auction a seated event?
There are several bistro tables for seating, but the majority of the evening will be a standing event.
